Cars Parts Depot owner charged with sexual assault

Car parts depot owner Richard McKeown is accused of sexually assaulting a young woman at his store in Texas, the FBI said.

The woman, identified only as “Ms. J,” told investigators she met McKeon when she was 18 years old and he was in his 20s, the San Antonio Express-News reported.

The alleged assault took place in October 2016, according to a criminal complaint filed on Wednesday.

McKeown, of Houston, is accused in the complaint of sexually abusing the woman at the Car Parts Depot in the Dallas suburb of McKinney.

The complaint does not identify the woman by name, and the case was filed without charges being filed.

The FBI has not named the woman.

In January, the company was ordered to close after an employee was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing two employees at the store, which had a total of 50 employees, according a company news release at the time.

McDonald’s said at the same time it was cooperating with the FBI investigation, adding that McKeowns “has apologized to the woman and will be fully cooperating with law enforcement in the investigation.”

McDonalds did not respond to a request for comment.
